Snow and ice measurement for Bosch

Geoscanners AB & Robert Bosch AB

Robert Bosch AB’s winter testing center in Arjeplog will begin their yearly car tests shortly, and this year Geoscanners will be a part of it! By using our GPR equipment, Bosch will measure the snow and ice thickness of their test sites. Having knowledge about the ground conditions will guarantee that all parameters are controlled before driving.

All our GPR survey equipment is highly scalable and allows us great freedom when developing systems designed for specific user requirements. For this particular measurement, we developed a specific car mount that is perfect for the terrain. The survey will also require an airborne FLB-390 antenna, an Akula 9000C control unit and more.
